Exercise is a science.  We have gotten away from that in fitness world.  Currently so much of the fitness industry is dominated by people that either look really good, or people that enjoyed working out and figured they have done this for a while they should tell other people how to do this.  Exercise is a branch of structural engineering.  Force applied to a structure.  Force is the exercise, and the structure is you.  All exercise should be designed for you, for your goals, and for your limitations.  This is what we focus on.  We look at the individual, work with limitations, weakness’s, hardships and work on building the body from the weakest link on up.  The better we understand your body, the more you will understand your body and then you will have knowledge and power to take control of your situation.  With that control you can reclaim your life and your goals.
