Focus on better living. This is the phrase that keeps me moving forward everyday in my practice. Health, wellness and feeling better is a mind set, and is life long journey. Too many systems out there try to offer fast, massive, permanent change, and if you watch most of those gyms or “Health” systems, people cycle out about as fast as people cycle in. Anything that comes too extreme is not sustainable for most people.
