Following the same principals and philosophy as the rest of our programs, we aim to arm people with knowledge and slow sustainable change. Nutrition is dominated by lots of fad diets. These diets do and can work for a lot of reasons, but most people have a very hard to making them work. They require massive change, huge structure, filled with lots of rules or limitations, and this makes it not sustainable for most people. Unless they have the tools to help build sustainable habits, and through these habits build the structure to follow any nutritional system at any level you like.
